Equestrian Day Camps 2017

Morning Glory Hill is glad to present Mary-Rose as our camp presenter, counselor and riding instructor for a series of 3 day, Equestrian Day Camps for beginner to intermediate riders, girls ages 8-15.

Mon. thru Wed. 9am-3pm  2017 dates! 
Week 1: June  19th to 21st
Week 2: June 26th to 28th
Week 3: July 10th to 12th
Week 4: July 17th to 19th
Week 5: July 24th to 26th
Week 6: August TBA
There is a 5 student minimum and a 10 student maximum. Tuition will be $175 for all 3 days. 
A $50 nonrefundable deposit (to be be applied to tuition) will be required to save a place in a particular time slot. You must be paid in full by 9am on Monday, NO exceptions. 
These day camps provide the exciting opportunity for girls to be exposed to different breeds, sizes & temperaments of horses, to show girls the fun and hard work involved in the care and enjoyment of horses. Perhaps to inspire girls about the possibility of careers in the horse field.
Beginning at 9 am they will be learning about grooming, care, feeding, first aid, common ailments, tack & tacking, horse language and herd leadership and of course, riding! There will be progressive learning of horsemanship and balanced seat riding each day. Dismissed at 3 pm.
Each 6 hour day includes horsemanship instruction, activities & riding. A lunch and snack are provided.
Equestrian helmets must be worn at all times, also required: a boot with a heel, pants or leggings, and
a sports bra if necessary.
When you call to sign up a liability waiver and a vital statistic form will be mailed to you. These forms, along with your deposit must be sent back to hold your spot.

Mary-Rose Suchanek - Camp Presenter

Mary-Rose has been riding and working with and competing with horses since she was a child. She has spent countless hours grooming and taking care of horses, riding trails, training horses and practicing good horsemanship. 

Mary-Rose is now working actively as part of Morning Glory Hill LLC Stable and Riding School. She is eager to work with your daughter and help her learn the fundamentals of horsemanship and riding.
